How uneventful

Not much going on at the moment, apart from National Day being less than a month away :D and Rob arriving soon for an almighty week of beer, vodka, cider, and whatever else we can think of, be we always be drinking responsibly!

Good news for all the guys and girls out there, next time you get caught jacking off, whacking the weasel, flicking the bean, blame the Australians

I'll post some more random babblings when I can be bothered :P

Hasta la vista

Happy Birthday Gibraltar

300 Years Under British Rule

Gibraltar, My homeland, celebrated its 300th birthday yesterday, and amongst the celebrations 17,000 of the 30,000 population joined hands in a human chain around the Rock. A lynx helicopter off HMS Grafton (see below) encircled the rock taking images of the event.

Personally, I classed myself privileged to be fortunate enough to stand joining the link across the runway at Gibraltar's only airfield, getting a view of the rock, only available from such a place:

Once I find some of the media photos of the encircling, I will try and put them up. For now, take a look at some of the shots of the lynx (I'm sure it really must have pissed the spaniards off, who incidently, flew their flags at the frontier at half mast, in protest of a 300th birthday party... pathetic, it really is)

So heres to 300 years under the Union Jack, and to at least 300 more!
